Refund policy

No returns on any opened and used products. Products will need to be in original packaging and bags. No returns on PLA Pro parts to include Pillager Chassis made from PLA Pro. Not Returns on Pillager Chassis that have been abused (dropped, mag-dumped, excessive use in short time.) These are not duty rated products and should be treated as they are, 3d printed parts. No Returns on Pillager kits unless they are unopened and unused, as these are consumable items. Return window for all items on our site is 14 days after delivery. After this, returns will not be accepted on returnable items. Customer will be responsible for return shipping. A 10% restocking fee is reserved for acceptable return items. "Blem" products are not eligible for returns.
